Pre-existing templates, methods, techniques, know-how, reusable frameworks, tools and general knowledge used to create a deliverable remain the property of Shree Vighnaharta unless specifically transferred in writing.

Client information and business documents received for the purpose of completing a project will be treated as confidential and will not knowingly be disclosed to unauthorized third parties except where required by law or necessary to provide an agreed service.
